Shorba Bone Broth
chicken or beef

Miso
any kind

Lemon or Lime
Freshly Ground Black Pepper, ½ tsp Honey / Sweetener

Instructions
Heat bone broth up in a saucepan over medium heat
Pop the miso paste into your favourite broth mug
Once the broth has come to a simmer, carefully pour a couple of tablespoons worth into the mug and put the pan back on the stove
Stir the miso into the broth till there are no clumps and pour it back into the pan
It’s ready once you notice the miso has bloomed, like in the miso soups you find in Japanese restaurants
Pour into your mug, squeeze in the lemon juice and grind in a bit of pepper – easy peasy
