Beans in Bone Broth
I love beans and I love bone broth, and cooking one in the other just makes sense

Ingredients

Pinto Beans
500
ml
Shorba Chicken Bone Broth
1
tsp
Coarse Salt
2
Bay Leaves
Pinch of Red Chile Flakes
Instructions
Soak the beans overnight with a large pinch of salt
In the morning pour the beans and their water into a medium pot
Add the bay leaves, chile flakes, more salt if needed and the broth
Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer
Test the beans for doneness every half hour and top up with water as needed to keep them submerged
