Equipment

  • 1 Saucepan
  • 1 Stovetop
  • 1 Broth Mug

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml Shorba Bone Broth chicken or beef
  • 1 tsp Miso any kind
  • ½ Lemon or Lime
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, ½ tsp Honey / Sweetener optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat bone broth up in a saucepan over medium heat
  • Pop the miso paste into your favourite broth mug
  • Once the broth has come to a simmer, carefully pour a couple of tablespoons worth into the mug and put the pan back on the stove
  • Stir the miso into the broth till there are no clumps and pour it back into the pan
  • It’s ready once you notice the miso has bloomed, like in the miso soups you find in Japanese restaurants
  • Pour into your mug, squeeze in the lemon juice and grind in a bit of pepper – easy peasy
